我与bitmart平台商务等内部人员了解到，bitmart交易所目前新提现的小额100U左右的资金会出现随机放款的情况，但平台目前华语市场与全球市场目前无法直接建联，属于独立状态，并且现华语负责人持冷处理态度，这是一个很危��的信号，商务以及员工平台自有资金一样无法提现放款，目前平台大额资金并未放出，基本全部卡在链上，平台对此并未给用户通过或退回给用户重新小额出金，而是将资金牢牢卡住，此前平台发布公告声称会暂停运营会有序让用户提币离开，但实际做法却背道而驰，平台采用「大额锁住，小额随机放款」的方式每天给用户兑现一点额度，与温水煮青蛙无异，如果这就是一个交易所声称的停运退场，那么与跑路有何区别，如果最后大部分用户的资金无法撤离，交易所负责人以及高层人员却能全身而退，后续交易所大可有样学样，这种行为与诈骗无异，我需要更多的人集合起来，一起讨论如何拿回我们的资金
