@405HomeBuyer @Reiwholesaler If it’s a written contract absolutely, if it’s a text or email with terms but no contract, not necessarily. Either way the agent still provides advice and guides the seller. Also while we must legally forward all offers nothing prevents an agent from not responding to buyer.
@405HomeBuyer @Reiwholesaler Serious question… which of these elements are in your offer? sight unseen, non standard mls contract, right to assign / novate, and / or some crazy long inspection timeframe. From an agents perspective these are potential red flags and why they may advise a seller to skip it.
@FloridaHomeChic However fees are agreed to by seller upfront and don’t affect buy side. If an agent uses a transaction coordinator and / or has up to 20% paid to the house in broker fees it’s very reasonable to pass that cost through to the seller. Operational Costs are high in this business!
@FloridaHomeChic Agreed and it needs to start before a RE license is granted. The low barrier to enter this field ensures incompetent individuals can start practicing without any knowledge of contracts or standards of practice.
@GoingParabolic Are there any solo miners that have an integrated node and are reasonably inexpensive? Say $500 or less. Any recommendations are appreciated.
@CredibleCrypto A 20k entry price would be a gift. Burn it all down to ashes and the long term hodlers will just accumulate. Painful short term, best thing for BTC long term.
