@WestMidRailway - can anyone explain why my husbands delayed train compensation had been approved and mine hasn't despite having tickets for the exact same train on the same booking and submitting identical appeals?? Also why you have no direct contact method for these issues?

Just ordered in @ubereats_fr. Only ordered from this place as they had buy one, get one free on pizza (84 euros for 3 pizzas and 4 chips!!). The free pizza never arrived and @Uber_Support gave me a €3 refund! NOT ACCEPTABLE! can't escalate as the case is "closed".
