@OctopusEnergy following the BMW/Mini EV charging changes, my Octopus app isn’t showing some of my charging sessions at off peak rate. My Hypervolt confirms this. Should I wait until my bill is generated? Previously, it would update after a day or two and was always correct :(

@OctopusEnergy hi! We are an Octopus customer and trying to place an order for a Hypervolt EV charger to be installed at our home. After we have inputted our details and press “submit details”, nothing happens. We have tried on iPhone, iPad & laptop. Can you advise? Thanks!
