So got my phone fixed at a local repair shop at Esplande, Kolkata. No one asked for a password. They just opened the phone. Replaced the IC that had gone bad within an hour and charged only 500 bucks. Still don't understand why #Redmi wanted my personal password.

Went to fix my USBC port that is not working to a Mi care centre. Apparently, they needed my personal phone password to fix my issue. Not even asking me to open the phone in my presence but literally asked me a password to look at the hardware issue. What the hell @RedmiIndia?
