Kick off UXINDIA 2025 with an energizing welcome — setting the tone for three days of inspiration, learning, and connection #uxindia25
And opening keynote by Kaladhar Bapu at UXINDIA Conf (https://t.co/sXrodoFNUD)
Sending the following note to my kids 21 & 18.
Did you see that? After realizing he has won the World Chess Championship, Gukesh could have gotten up to celebrate, but he arranged the board back first. The world wouldn’t have cared or noticed if he didn’t arrange the board, but because he did, he showed what makes champions: character. It’s probably a well ingrained habit in him.
Seemingly small habits build character, they are tiny Lego pieces that eventually make a huge spaceship.
So when I tell (nag) you, about making your bed or have a bath in the morning (everyday) or keeping your shoes properly in the shoe stand (not just at home but when you go outside) remember you are putting small Lego piece towards building a huge spaceship.
And spaceship with missing pieces/parts won’t launch. So putting your shoes in the stand matters.

In all the revelry that’s been going on, the rightfully earned sense of victory we’re all sharing - there’s one part of the result that’s got me quite disheartened - the loss of the @BRSparty, again.
As a proud Hyderabadi, I salute #KCR, @KTRBRS, @BRSHarish, the party and their team of administrators for how they built #Telangana and upgraded #Hyderabad to what it is today.
Whatever your political allegiance, you cannot deny their vision, hard work and inclusive, intelligent governance - something that we’ve all been proud of for a decade.
They put our city and state on the world map - years after @ncbn did that for the first time.
Lakhs of people from all over the world have made Hyderabad their home over the years. The city has welcomed each one with peace, prosperity, and safety.
Being a Hyderabadi is an identity us old school locals, new migrants and even short term visitors alike wear with pride.
I’m not getting into a debate over factors and reasons but Hyderabad was grim the day they lost the assembly elections. The city went silent, almost as if in mourning.
And now, the Lok Sabha elections.
Their governance has not just inspired people but other cities as well whose representatives have often visited, taken notes and tried to implement them for the benefit of more Indians.
Imagine - governance so good it made its people dream bigger. We tend to take for granted how much of a part good leadership plays in creating a positive environment for its people to live and work in.
A new chapter of India’s political journey has begun - regardless of who forms the government.
Democracy is being repaired and we are able to look forward again to what tomorrow will bring. A billion people are breathing in a collective sigh of relief.
But as we move forward, let’s applaud all that the #BRS and its leadership did for us.
Despite their fallacies - they built a city and state we will continue to be proud of. It’s for them to introspect and take learnings from this journey.
I wish them the very best on the road ahead.
Thank you!
