@Justin_Bons I don’t disagree with any of this, but the simple fact is that it’s unacceptable for a major transaction rail to fail this many times. We shouldn’t try and normalize or justify that it’s ok now (even if it’s been fixed).
This is people’s money and repeated failures is not OK
