@BritishGas @FPL_PEP_TALK Might want to look at hiring some better staff… just had a call from BG asking about my smart meter not working, I explained I do not have one and got hung up on! I have had an email saying the same thing direct from BG also so I don’t believe it to be a spam call.

@RoyalMailHelp A parcel was supposed to be re delivered to me a couple of weeks ago, never arrived, waited another week and drove upto the delivery office to be told they are unable to locate the parcel and a manager would ring me on 23/11 to give me an update, still waiting.

@AskeBay sold an item, sent it then later the buyer claims the item has been bought without their cosent, now I have lost my money and item, why? This has happened before also
