I had no idea the strap closure was not made of leather—that would explain why the strap is so flimsy.  I find this absurd for a bag that retails for $495 and would like to know what @senreve can do to make this right. Please see attached photo for reference. (2/2)

@senreve it has been less than 10 months since I purchased the Aria belt bag and I’m very disappointed to report that the strap closure on this bag has fallen apart and the outer layer ripped completely off where it is inserted into the closure. 1/2
