Avoid eating processed "maize flour."
They are manufactured from imported cornstarch.
They bleach with chlorine dioxide & Benzyl peroxide that is why it is white.
Ever ask yourself why there are over 40 brands yet maize farmers are lamenting?
Unlearn!

A fit body is the ultimate status symbol.
It must be created through good habits, years of hitting the gym and controlling what you eat in the kitchen.
You can't fake having a fit body. It must be earned.
Good morning,
It is a new month,
Welcome to July.
Make new decisions this month:
• Wake up early.
• Move your body.
• Protect your health.
• Build your skills.
• Work relentlessly.
Discipline will turn an ordinary month into an extraordinary year.
The system has brainwashed people to believe that CHOLESTEROL is the cause of heart disease.
IT IS NOT.
The process of heart disease begins with INSULIN RESISTANCE.
Insulin resistance is a condition caused by years of eating sugar and refined carbs.
When cells become resistant to insulin, blood glucose remains elevated.
This triggers chronic inflammation and oxidative stress that injure the inner lining of blood vessels.
The body repairs these injuries by forming plaques.
These plaques narrow the arteries, causing increased blood pressure.
This leads to hypertension, heart attacks and stroke.
If we treat insulin resistance early, we reduce the foundation on which heart disease develops.

Remember this,
Heart disease rarely begins suddenly.
It develops slowly through years of poor metabolic health, chronic inflammation and damage to your blood vessels.
These inflammatory processes are preventable through consistent lifestyle choices.
• Eliminate sugars
• Avoid processed foods
• No industrial seed oils and trans fats
• Eat nutrient-dense foods
• Be physically active and maintain a healthy body weight
Your habits today will influence your heart health tomorrow.

FOODS HARMING YOUR HEART
RICE:
Rice is rich in starch, which is simply weak, long chains of glucose that rapidly rise after a meal of rice.
A rapid rise in blood sugar requires insulin to move glucose into cells.
Repeated exposure to high insulin levels causes insulin resistance, which escalates the process of inflaming blood vessels and consequently heart disease.
NAURU, INDONESIA, CHINA and INDIA, whose staple food is rice, have the highest prevalence of heart diseases.

When there is too much salt in your water or food that the body doesn't want, what happens?
Your tongue naturally rejects the food.
When there is excess salt in your body, what happens?
• You become thirsty,
• You drink more water,
• You urinate,
• You sweat the salt out.
But the functionally illiterate "experts" want you to believe that your body is so stupid that it has no homeostatic mechanism for eliminating the excess salt that it doesn't require.
The only thing that the body has never figured out how to eliminate is sugar.
Sugar is stored, turns into fat, clogs your arteries, and surrounds your organs as visceral fat, leading to chronic inflammation, chronic diseases and failing kidney functions.
Sugar is the enemy, not salt.
EAT SALT.

The bar is so insanely low that if you work out 3x a week and stop eating like a moron, you’ll end up looking and feeling superior to almost everyone you know.
"Morning Breakfast is the most important meal," is a deceptive marketing phrase by Kellogg's and Nestlé companies to sell their cereals and bacon.
Human beings were not designed to eat in the morning. The earliest you should eat is when the sun is at Zenith (Midday).
In the morning,
• Cortisol is high
• Glucose is high
• Glucagon is up
• Testosterone is up
• Growth hormone is up
• Insulin is low
Therefore, eating in the morning disrupts this circadian rhythm predisposing you to long-term hormonal and metabolic failure.
If you continue listening to mainstream "experts" you will continue suffering.
Your body is not a food-processing factory.
Major cheat code for life: Be fully where your feet are. When you're at work, work. When you're with family, be with family. When you're resting, rest. Most people are physically present and mentally everywhere else.
