@CeXSupport we bought an Xbox 360 game yesterday but it is badly scratched and won’t play - we have cleaned it several times but it continues to freeze and glitch after 10 or so mins play. It’s sims 3 pets - please could someone advise how to get a replacement?

@chesterzoo really disappointed I couldn’t book for w/c 12 April, despite having correct membership number the website returned an error ‘cannot apply selection’ even though showing availability. No answer to phone or email. Waste of membership which I’ve been paying throughout.
