@sainsburys That's my point! @sainsburys knows how I shop. ot the vouchers in store linked to my nectar & tried redeem the voucher on my usual online shop (with the same linked Nectar) & got an error message as not a "new" customer - why send the offer to my Nectar card then?? #mixedmessages
