Horrible policy that is sadly not surprising. Even though tax does not seem to be too significant, it adds up quickly with any movement an individual makes. Bigger concern is that IL politicians raise the tax amount in the future with less resistance, as they have done with EVERY other tax implemented over the years. Sigh.
