Mainly it would ease the parking situation on the Goat Trail (and could be operated more privately than a complementary shuttle).

*Maybe add Bear Mountain?

Pickup/dropoff at the scenic point, giving hikers clear instructions while they wait for the next pickup.

And makes you wonder if they are so neglected because grandfathered exceptions are so risky...

I've seen 3 plantains for a dollar; can't find that anywhere else (even Apple Farm).

I have also heard their seafood is the best, although I haven't tried it yet.

We'll be wedged between two centers of innovation. Absolutely can't compete, but there are niches that the town can fulfill.

There would be a backlash comparable to Ginsburg's Water St project.
