L'Europe n'a pas été assassinée. Elle s'est suicidée. Et comme tout suicide confortable, elle l'a fait lentement, poliment, à coups de bonnes intentions — persuadée jusqu'au bout d'être vertueuse.

C'est pour ça que personne ici ne veut nommer la chose. Un meurtre, ça se dénonce. Un suicide, ça oblige à regarder l'arme. Et l'arme, ce n'est ni Washington, ni Pékin, ni « l'ingérence ». C'est nous.

Trois coups. Toujours les mêmes.

Premier coup : on a fait fuir ceux qui créent.

Le socialisme ne rend pas les pauvres riches. Il rend les bâtisseurs partants.

Chez nous, celui qui crée est traité comme un suspect : taxé comme un privilégié, régulé comme un danger, envié comme un voleur. Alors il part. Pas par cupidité — par épuisement. Le capital et le talent ont des jambes. Ils vont là où on les accueille, pas là où on les soupçonne.

Et ce qui s'en va, ce n'est pas seulement de l'argent. Ce sont les boîtes qui ne naîtront jamais ici. Bastiat appelait ça « ce qui ne se voit pas » : on compte fièrement l'impôt prélevé, on ne compte jamais les champions jamais construits. On a choisi.

Deuxième coup : on a tué le goût de la liberté.

Le piège le plus efficace n'est pas la misère. C'est le confort.

Tocqueville l'avait vu il y a deux siècles : un pouvoir doux, tutélaire, qui se charge de ton bonheur, prévoit, pourvoit, décide — à condition que tu renonces à être adulte. On a bâti exactement ça. Un continent où tout le monde boit aux mamelles de l'État-providence et appelle ça « solidarité ».

Mais un peuple qui attend tout de l'État finit par ne plus rien vouloir par lui-même. La liberté n'est pas un droit qu'on consomme, c'est un muscle. Et un muscle qui ne porte jamais rien s'atrophie. Taleb dirait la même chose autrement : retire tout stress d'un système, tu ne le rends pas fort — tu le rends fragile. On a choisi.

Troisième coup : on a confié les clés à ceux qui ne construisent rien.

Et pour gouverner tout ça, on a mis en haut non pas ceux qui bâtissent, mais ceux qui commentent.

Une caste de littéraires, de juristes, de communicants — qui n'ont jamais shippé une ligne de code, jamais tenu une paie, jamais risqué un euro à eux — mais qui légifèrent sur tout. Ils ne savent pas construire, alors ils régulent. Ils ne savent pas créer, alors ils interdisent. Et ils produisent à l'échelle industrielle la seule chose qu'ils maîtrisent : de la norme, de la directive, du label, du comité. De l'absurdité déguisée en progrès.

Une civilisation se définit par qui elle place au sommet. Mets des ingénieurs en haut, tu obtiens Ariane, le TGV, le programme nucléaire. Mets des administrateurs en haut, tu obtiens des études d'impact sur les études d'impact. On a choisi.

Ces trois coups ne sont pas trois maladies. C'est la même. Un continent qui punit ceux qui créent, subventionne ceux qui renoncent, et couronne ceux qui ne produisent que des règles. Punir, subventionner, couronner — toujours les mauvaises personnes.

Ce n'est pas de la malchance. C'est un tri. Les audacieux s'en vont, les dépendants restent, les commissaires gouvernent. Ce n'est pas une crise. C'est un résultat.

La bonne nouvelle avec un suicide, c'est que la main tient encore l'arme. Donc la main peut la baisser.

Arrêter de traiter l'entrepreneur en suspect et commencer à le traiter en actif national. Couper ce qui étrangle, pas ce qui produit. Rendre le goût du risque, de l'effort, de l'envie de gagner. De l'énergie abondante et pas chère. Des champions tech qu'on laisse enfin grandir au lieu de les réguler au berceau. Moins de gens qui expliquent le monde, plus de gens qui le fabriquent.

Parce qu'une civilisation ne meurt jamais de ses ennemis. Elle meurt de ce qu'elle cesse d'exiger d'elle-même. L'Europe a tout ce qu'il faut pour revenir — le capital, les talents, l'histoire, une faim enfouie sous un siècle de confort. Il lui manque une seule décision : arrêter d'administrer son déclin, et recommencer à bâtir.

Le reste n'est qu'une question de volonté.

Wat voor mij nog het meest zorgwekkend is aan deze verklaring van de CIA-klokkenluider, is niet dat de CIA probeerde de mogelijkheid van een #labontsnapping onder het tapijt probeerde te schuiven. Dat is wat inlichtingendiensten doen als het zo uitkomt.

Wat mij het meest verontrust, is het grote aantal 'wetenschappers' die hier graag aan meewerkten, zonder dat ze daartoe enige aansporing nodig hadden. Waaronder dus ook de auteurs van het Proximal Origin artikel. En wij kennen er ook een: @MarionKoopmans.

Een paar zaken die mij opvielen:

"After 9/11, Intelligence Community (IC) recruited and provided security clearances to scientists as part of an initiative it was forming called the Biological Sciences Experts Group (BSEG). Originally the IC wisely intended to limit the use of these scientists to analysis of complex topics, but their functionality quickly expanded far beyond the intended scope of work. The BSEG scientists assisted in vetting the scientific value of raw intelligence, drafted white papers in support of background analysis and finished intelligence, and conducted lab research on sensitive WMD topics."

Dit is wat ik steeds gezegd heb en ook uitgebreid beschreven heb in de #WuhanTrilogie: Ralph Baric was lid van dit selecte clubje van twaalf wetenschappers. Hij had dus rechtstreeks toegang tot de Amerikaanse inlichtingendiensten, had een security clearance en was hun belangrijkste adviseur.

Het verklaart ook heel goed waarom hij als zwijgend toehoorder aanwezig was bij de teleconferentie van 1 februari 2020, daartoe waarschijnlijk aangespoord door Anthony Fauci. Hij moest een inschatting maken van de waarde van de bevinding van Andersen wat betreft de furin cleavage site: waarvan hij zelf twee jaar eerder voorgesteld had om die in te bouwen in een coronavirus.

Tot aan zijn verhoor door de @COVIDSelect was dit niet bekend en de enige reden waarom het wel bekend was, was dat de afkorting BSEG niet goed gespeld was door de notulist. Zij schreef BSEC, en dat maakte dat dit waarschijnlijk niet gecensureerd werd. Met dank aan @gdemaneur die dit ontdekte.

"Dr. Anthony Fauci influenced the IC’s analytic process and COVID origin’s findings by leveraging his position to ensure the IC consulted with a conflicted list of curated Subject Matter Experts (SME), public health officials, and scientists. This included the authors of the paper “The Proximal Origin of Sars-COV-2” and other public health experts and scientists who have been in his orbit for 20+ years, many of whom have and did receive funding from NIAID, as well as scientists working under IC contract."

Het staat er; zwart op wit.

Als gezegd, het verontrustende is dat uit alles blijkt dat deze 'wetenschappers' hiertoe nauwelijks gemotiveerd hoefden te worden. Ze beseften heel goed wat er op het spel stond: hun eigen belangen.

Nietwaar, @MarionKoopmans?

"The CIA and DNI managers responsible for COVID origin investigation made analytic decisions inconsistent with the conclusions of subject matter experts and analytic tradecraft, consistently favoring the theory of zoonosis – natural origin."

Ook dit wisten we al, alleen weten we nu ook wie de klokkenluider is. De reden waarom de CIA dit deed, is ook wel duidelijk, en in de Wuhan Trilogie leg ik dit in detail uit: zeer waarschijnlijk waren Peter Daszak en Ralph Baric belangrijke assets in het netwerk waarmee de CIA probeerde te achterhalen wat de Chinezen zoal in hun schild voerden.

Maar de Chinezen waren niet gek: alles wat echt van belang was wat betreft de voortgang van hun wetenschappelijke werk naar coronavirussen werd zorgvuldig buiten beeld van Daszak gehouden. Dat realiseerde ook Baric zich heel goed, getuige zijn verhoor. Hij wist dat de Chinezen alleen lieten zien wat ze wilden dat Daszak zou zien.

"CIA analysts were not bribed. The CIA analysts that supported the lab leak analysis conducted in 2022-2023, took every administrative measure available to them to address their deep concerns regarding the analytic integrity of their finished intelligence."

Waarvan akte.

"The COVID origin analysis was an exercise in anchor bias. Instead of gathering data, drawing conclusions, and writing multiple products based on the data, the analysts worked from a binary choice: lab incident or natural origin. It drew needed analytic and operational discussion away from alternate and valuable topics like the possibility of pan-coronavirus vaccine and therapeutic research."

Exact! Dit was de heilige graal en het ultieme doel van Ralph Baric: het ontwikkelen van een pan-coronavirus vaccin. Niet het ontwikkelen van een biowapen. Want in omgekeerde vorm zou een vaccin ook een biowapen zijn, iets waarin het Amerikaanse leger natuurlijk zeer geïnteresseerd was, gezien het roeren van de oorlogstrom met China. Dat heeft Baric zich ongetwijfeld wel gerealiseerd, maar hij had zeer waarschijnlijk geen kwade bedoelingen.

Ook dit staat allemaal in de Wuhan Trilogie.

De cynische conclusie van de verklaring is dat het werk dat door #DRASTIC is gedaan, al eerder door de Amerikaanse inlichtingendiensten werd gedaan, maar door de CIA geheim werd gehouden.

"Dr. Fauci injected himself into the process during two key timeframes. First in February 2020 as the pandemic started and in June 2021 as the IC was initiating a 90-day review of all source intelligence. His involvement with the IC in February 2020, when compared to his public facing actions and that which has been revealed to the public from FOIA results, clearly indicates his actions were intentional. It gave the appearance that he was seeking to ensure the IC did not get too far ahead of the narrative he was generating with overseas partners like Jeremy Farrar and Edward Holmes; while making sophomoric attempts to publicly claim he did not have a hand in the findings from Kristian Andersen’s paper “The Proximal Origins of SARS-CoV-2”.

Instead, he pressured the IC to meet with the paper’s authors and a curated list of supporters who also happened to receive NIAID funding and in some cases were part of the IC’s advisory body of scientists. Included below is an unclassified timeline of events from some of the DIG’s findings."

Dit is pijnlijk, heel pijnlijk. Want alle 'wetenschappelijke literatuur' die zou wijzen op een zoönose is terug te voeren op dit 'kernteam' van auteurs van het Proximal Origin-artikel. Mensen als @mkeulemans en @MarionKoopmans verwijzen steevast naar deze artikelen als onderbouwing van hun claims. Koopmans werkte zelfs mee aan een aantal van deze publicaties. Terwijl het stuk voor stuk op zijn best broddelwerkjes zijn en op zijn slechts niets minder dan wetenschappelijke fraude. Het zijn politiek gemotiveerde stukken en nu weten we ook waarom. Het maakt deze stukken meer dan ooit 'besmet'.

"On 28 January 2020, Dr. Ralph Baric provided NCBC with a power point presentation on the origin of SARS-CoV-2. Page 22 included discussion of the possibility of a lab leak. Following discussion with National Counterproliferation and Biosecurity Center (NCBC) personnel, he provided a new power point on 30 January 2020 that stripped the discussion on lab leak."

Als gezegd, het was Gilles Demaneuf die dit destilleerde uit het verhoor van Ralph Baric. Hij wist op dat moment niet wat Baric had gezegd, maar later werd bewezen dat Baric op 28 januari 2020 al expliciet de mogelijkheid van een labontsnapping noemde, maar nog niet wist dat SARS-CoV-2 over een furine cleavage site beschikte, of dat zorgvuldig voor zich hield, totdat hij er tijdens de teleconferentie van 1 februari niet meer onderuit kon: hij was DEFUSE niet vergeten, hoe graag hij dat ook wilde.

"Following publication of the NIC product, there was a briefing for POTUS. The NIC project lead was the briefer and an analyst from CIA served as a back bencher. CIA’s backbencher was one of the CIA’s top scientists. When POTUS asked the CIA analyst for an opinion, the CIA analyst said that the analysis was based on five scientific pillars and all five favored the lab leak theory."

Waarvan akte.

"August 2023, the Australian leaked an unclassified National Center for medical Intelligence (NCMI) paper from DIA; it was written by CDR Chetrein and Greg Cutlip. It highlighted the key short-comings associated with Kristian Andersen’s paper “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2.” Internally, the IC was conducting damage control without addressing the substance of the paper."

Wordt uitgebreid besproken in de Wuhan Trilogie. De eindconclusie was dat er niets overeind bleef van het Proximal Origin artikel.

Conclusie
Dit is smullen, voor mij althans. Alles wat ik schreef in de Wuhan Trilogie blijkt juist te zijn. Dat geeft het voor mij extra glans.

Met nogmaals mijn enorme dank voor het werk van DRASTIC, waarbij @gdemaneuf, @BillyBostickson, @TheSeeker268 en @franciscodeasis een sleutelrol hebben vervuld, samen met vele anderen.

Ik heb het alleen opgeschreven. Maar desondanks is het een van de weinige dingen waar ik écht trots op ben.

Als ik weer meer tijd heb, zal ik deel drie van de Trilogie nog aanvullen, want er zijn nog wel enige details die de afgelopen jaren bekend zijn geworden die het verhaal extra glans geven.

Dan zal ik ook deel 1 in het Engels voorzien van de afbeeldingen en de noten. Wat ik ermee doe, weet ik nog niet. Misschien stel ik het wel gratis ter beschikking, misschien vinden mensen het dan wel interessant genoeg om ook deel 2 en deel 3 te vertalen.

Koopmans en Keulemans zullen hierover oorverdovend zwijgen. Voor hen is er geen weg terug, want zij hebben elk hun eigen bijdrage geleverd aan de cover-up van de zeer waarschijnlijke origine van #Covid19. En dat schept eveneens grote voldoening.
