I just experienced the worst discrimination from a flight attendant of @AmericanAir on my flight today. I am beyond words in disappointment

@AmericanAir has a racist staff. My friends and I were denied boarding and they threatened to call the police on us. When I attempted to get the staff’s names at the gate, the authorities harassed us, yelled at us until we decided to call quits and leave. #americanairlinesistrash

I agree. I’ve had the worst experience with their racist and rude staff and no one from their team has been helpful. They didn’t even attempt to hear my side of the story. We were denied boarding the flight and oh, we haven’t even been refunded. #americanairlinesistrash

@katieva62191957 @suea1978 @AmericanAir So @AmericanAir responded back saying they don’t agree their agents were being a bunch of racists. Ofcourse they don’t. What hurt more was they didn’t even attempt to hear our side of the story. Not one staff from @AmericanAir has been helpful. Trash customer service.
