Looking at the direction of her home, our 'Abok' (grandma) is calling for her birthplace.

As Kuki initiated attacks on several villages, many Meitei families left their home and took shelter in other villages. They became homeless in their land.

In this viral video, she is calling for her home and her village which lies across the river. She is now residing in some other village. Remembering the sweet memories of her life, she is crying and saying " am i not gonna be able to stay in my own home?"

Morning everyone, have you seen the notice from @ITLFMedia_Cell? It has come out to announce an indefinite shutdown in response to the 7 Kukis "abducted" by @CBIHeadquarters and @NIA_India. It further states that all boundary areas with Meitei would be sealed from today.

They've not only accused the Indian agencies of abduction but their statement gives the impression that the boundary had been opened the entire time. 😁 In reality their boundary was so well guarded that the @manipur_police were unable to enter it to conduct the investigation of the double murders of Linthoingambi and Hemanjit.

Nothing that Kuki-Chin-Zo say or do shock us anymore. They might shock us, though, if they pack their things and leave for Myanmar or Israel.
