@PompeySteph@TransLucent_Org@roisenav@bindelj All of the issues you mention depend on a definition of the word woman as biological. We cannot fight for women as a class if we don’t define what we mean by relation to sex.
@MalcolGate@JoshuaFountn@Euseless1 Just a random person intrigued why you haven’t responded to any of the reasoned responses to your post. Please do ignore me, but I would be interested to read your responses to the other comments, when you have time.
@MForstater Totally agree that sex is not special cat data, but I think it is possible that ‘gender identity’ might be in that it might, in context, be indicative of sexual orientation or medical status. I do think though the wording should say that if that’s what it means.
@SVPhillimore Didn't see the crowd funder in April - have added something now. And if you lose your house i have a spare room while we prepare the appeal. I am incensed that he is permitted to trade off his title like this.
@hightreebud@HildegardP I should look in context, but I wonder if this is trying to assert that by recording the actual sex of a person with a transgender identity, you are then processing special cat data because that makes the trans identity clear (analogy to orientation? Medical info?)
@matilda_peace@sharrond62@SarahLudford They should probably stick to salt water, as they have not evolved to be able to swim in fresh water ponds like these. Turns out biology is a thing.
@Dave_J_Bryant@lolathepug1@joshxhowie It is the Regulations that say single sex facilities should be provided; the SC ruling tells you what ‘single sex’ means
