It’s happened again. Stuck on an empty plane at Heathrow airport long after everyone else is off - ‘no staff to get my wheelchair off the plane’. I am SO disappointed with @HeathrowAirport as disabled passengers are once again apparently the lowest priority.
Still sitting on the tarmac 2 hours after our take off time with a very tired toddler and child. Still no news or a plan for a way forward. Come on @SingaporeAir , you are better than this!

@Lopesan such poor customer services! We are trying to book adjoining rooms for our family and your customer relations team are completely unable to help. The request isn’t that difficult and I’m having to chase and push for a better response!

@GPMOT79 I’m so sorry to hear your experience. The media (and government) need taking to task over the false reporting and vilification of the NHS/GP appointments. I wonder if the government is not bothering as it suits them to hide behind the headlines to cover up other stories…🤔🙄
