0 disputes or chargebacks, financial health as per whop is perfect

Out of nowhere, I tried to payout my funds and it got denied and business suspended

They think I'm reselling microsoft infrastructure, which is not true

I'm just providing users access to a platform that uses Official Microsoft APIs available to everyone to automate the process of setting up inboxes

We don't own the tenants or the inboxes, users buy tenants directly from microsoft or authorised resellers like pax8 .com and use our platform to provision inboxes

We just made Microsoft APIs accessible to non-technical users

What part of this is illegal or risky?

The crazy part is you've reviewed this business twice. Nothing changed in the past few weeks so why did you allow us to process then?

Why do you only suspend us when we've processed thousands of dollars and are scaling this SaaS?

You're just stealing money at this point, get some senior to look into this and reinstate the business because this is bad looks at you

If you use whop to process payments, you can:

- Half your processing fees
- Double your conversion rate
- Increase revenue by 10%

In like less than a minute

1. Processing fee hack

Have a look at the two attached screenshots, both are $99.99 payments

In the first one, I paid 3.5% fees (plus orchestration, more on that later)

In the other one, I paid 3% extra on top because of something called "platform fees"

This bullshit is charged when you add crap like telegram, discord or automation app in your whop

If you use whop just like a payment processor like me, avoid hosting these apps there

For automations, build something simple using n8n or vibe code a solution using their api/webhooks

2. Conversion rate hack

If you send a whop checkout link, the user has to complete OTP verification

This drops conversions due to friction

If you embed the checkout on your site or app, this is skipped and it works normally like Stripe checkout

3. Revenue collection hack

Whop added orchestration, basically they use different processors to collect cash on your behalf

More processors = higher authorisation rate = more profit

0.8% extra fee is worth it in my opinion

Enable it by going to Settings -> Checkout

This is not a paid post btw, just sharing after using them for a month. It's not perfect but their auth rates are better than everything I tried like @stripe

All payment processors are great except @dodopayments, bunch of indian scammers with a 0% auth rate who steal your money

what the hell is even happening?

yesterday my account got suspended for creating a payment link

i created it so that someone who created a fake dispute on stripe could pay it back to me

never even sent it to him

you unsuspended it, i started processing payments for my saas and people started some trials

out of nowhere, it gets suspended saying payments are suspicious

you cannot just shut off processing without any prior warnings, at least ask or some shit

fix this asap and if you cannot support payments let me know so i dont waste time
