@Wegiveyouhealt1 I wouldn't fully call them antidepressants though, sometimes it's deeper than that. Still a good base to feel better. Real depression can need more than just lifestyle changes.
@Fathers_Diary Simple stuff but honestly solid habits. Drinking water and moving your body really does help organs like the kidneys and heart do their job better.
@ted_ryce That said, yeah… more movement, real food, and community today would probably fix a lot of what we’re dealing with, but people 100 years ago still dealt with things like infectious diseases and shorter lifespans, so it wasn't all “healthier” back then.
@Fitness_G0d I know foods like greek yogurt and mixed nuts can help with steady energy, but saying one will definitely gain muscle just from snacks might be a stretch. Although still way better than living on chips and sugar crashes lol, ur body will feel the difference for sure.
@stopchasingpain I get the idea, fewer processed foods is usually a good move. But some long ingredient lists are just vitamins, minerals, or normal additives that keep food safe. The bigger thing is how often you eat ultra-processed stuff, not just how scary the label looks.
