Today, @ParalympicsGB won their first medal of the Winter Paralympics. A fabulous silver for Neil Simpson and Rob Poth. It was brilliant to watch. Not a single mention on the @BBCNews app, just football for sport, and dull stories from five days ago. Why?!

I have currently been sitting in A&E for 7.5 hours for a problem NHS 111 said was absolutely urgent, potentially life-threatening and couldn’t wait until this morning. I still don’t know. The NHS is broken 😞
