If an algerian avoided those words, picked synonyms more popular in gulf, and enunciated a bit better for understandibility, they'll be easily understood.

They morph arabic in their own ways, or use different synonyms for the same meaning, while retaining the characteristics the woman mentionned (the rolling of the R, the ح, the ه and the entire range of arabic pronunciation)
