Just brought a new build & @BritishGas are refusing to give me an energy monitor for my electric as the meter was installed over 12 months ago. The property wasn’t available to buy for 7 months of that.Meaning I spend more money with them

@IKEAUK I am so upset. I had been thinking about buying a desk for ages. Wasn’t sure if it was right/ if I could afford it but researched and it said I could return products even if I had assembled them. So I went for it. Turns out it wasn’t right and told I can’t return!

@virginmedia Yes original contract was £24. Then charged £55 now they changed to £34 and told me £10 a month would be credited. It wasn’t £31.33 taken today. Still no refund for £55. And I e extra bank charges as overdrawn
