@SmPotatoes @MCPS PPWs are not like SW’s! They have a much broader scope of responsibilities. Linking families to community based services (like a SW does) is a small portion of what they do. SW’s are also licensed to provide direct Mental Health services. PPWs are not. Read PPWs job description.
