Hey @jetblue not your best performance today (flight 862 SJU - BOS). Original departure schedule for 11:45 AM - plane taken out of service due to maintenance issue. Board a different plane to depart at 2:05 PM - board, taxi - stop - back to the gate - maintenance issue.

@Crabtreeroad @JetBlue These delays were 100% JetBlue aircraft maintenance issues. Weather didn’t cause the delays. Flight final made Boston at 11:35 PM - JetBlue did apologize and provide a travel credit.

Hey @Jetblue boarded a third plane at SJU flight 862now delayed 7 hours . All set to go but ooopps have to wait another 30 minutes to load the bags - why - because the bags were left on the plane that didn’t work - what a total failure of a day. Cabin crew has been amazing !

@JetBlue We are actually sitting at gate A7 with a tech ops crew in the cockpit. Maybe wanna work on upgraded tracking as well.

Cmon Air Canada ! It always amazes me when the flight says it’s on time but upon selecting the “track inbound aircraft” you see that the incoming flight will land 30 minutes after you’re supposed to board. #somethingdoesntaddup
