decred has continuously evolved since launch, and we consistently deliver direct sovereignty systems:

money, governance, self-funding, privacy, exchange, and secure comms.

every other project does some fraction of this and then breaks out the other features as pump and dump appcoins.

all of this is done with minimal global state, on a budget, without vc money, without junk appcoins, and self-custodied.
