@RoyalCaribbean Another 2 months have gone by without a refund from a sailing planned for April 2020. I have no choice but to write to the ombudsman here in Australia.
@RoyalCaribbean I was meant to travel with the family on the 11th of April from Sydney. 5 passengers in total. All forms filled. Still no sign of the refund. Thats 2.5 months after the journey date. Please help urgently.
