EMT shd resolve the matter with airlines and those who do not intend to reschedule; if flight is cancelled by the airlines themselves ; FULL REFUND SHD BE INITIATED.

Initial point says, full refund if airline cancels.
However, when the amount of refund being claimed, it says ; it will be decided by airline.
How can a flight cancelled by airline decide abt our refund.??
Hence we would like to have a full refund.
