STOP trying to put America on permanent jet lag.

Permanent DST means:

darker winter mornings
children waiting for school buses in darkness
worse circadian disruption
less natural morning light

The human body runs on SUN time — not shopping time.

End the clock changes if you want.
But permanent STANDARD time is the biologically healthy option.
Nature already created “daylight savings.”
It’s called summer.

Stop changing clocks = GOOD. Permanent Daylight Saving time = BAD. It was tried in 1974 as an experiment and was so unpopular Congress cancelled the experiment before it was over. Those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Permanent Standard Time (my HB119) is the healthier, more geographically appropriate choice. And it's already federally approved. @SaveStandard @SupportStandard

I set up a @SonatypeNexus community edition server on a random server and tunnelled to that. Result was build success.

So it seems like GHA and other places I've tried from have just gotten rate limited.

seems I need to figure out how to improve build caching…
