The August 2026 India Today-CVoter Mood of the Nation survey reveals the people's choices for the country's top job.

The survey was conducted between July 1 and August 25, 2026, speaking directly to 25,184 people across all Lok Sabha constituencies and states. For a broader picture and long-term trends, responses from CVoter's regular tracker were also analysed, taking the total sample considered to 1,16,644 respondents.

The survey represents people across different ages, genders, regions and social groups.
