@IndiGo6E We missed our connecting flight from Mumbai to Phuket today due to delay from Chennai to Mumbai flight and no proper response from Indigo staff at Mumbai and they are very arrogant We lost one day and have spent Lakhs of money for the trip. We need return flight from Phuket to Chennai on 12th instead of 11th, attaching the flight booking details. Manager Anjali promised that she will change to return flight to 12th, but when we requested the boarding today , they are not providing and asking to call after 3 days, we cannot trust the airlines anymore. We need our return air ticket on 12th from Phuket
