@BootsUK surely there is something you should be able to do rather than expecting customers to travel out of their way and at their own expense. The reason I ordered online in the first place was to save me travelling given my disability. (3/3)
@stradivarius It’s ridiculous that you expect customers to travel at their own expense, for a faulty item. I have a disability and it’s not easy for me to travel. My nearest store is 80 miles away.
@stradivarius can you help me understand why when I have a faulty item purchased in store, that I’m being told by your CS team I have to return to store to get it resolved? My nearest store is 150-mile round trip away, and I have a faulty item I cannot wear.
@BootsUK a refund or replacement. My nearest store is a 25-mile round trip away from me, and is small and doesn’t stock many of the items I ordered hence why I ordered online. I also have a disability making travel very difficult. (2/3)
@BootsUK please can you help me. I received an order today where an item has leaked in transportation and ruined every other item inside the box. I phoned your CS team to be told there’s nothing they can do, and that I’d need to go into store for (1/2)
@ASOS_UK instead of penalising your customers, how about you ensure your sizing is universal across each item instead of being vastly different and then your customers wouldn’t have to purchase multiple sizes in the first place, to only return them? 🙄
@VeryHelpers I returned a parcel to you which was delivered to you on 29/09 - I am yet to receive acknowledgment of the return or how long my refund will take. Please can you help as it’s now been 3 weeks since you received my return.
@Bonnie_Bex@LBIAirport@pyrgos2015 Wouldn’t recommend booking anything through Looking4Parking - we’ve just got back to LBA and our car has been used whilst we’ve been on holiday! Some hotels nearby offer parking included in the price such as premier inn
@TommyRiotz@NoContextBrits Doesn’t make us poor because we live up north. In fact, I’d argue it makes us smarter with our money because we’re not paying hiked up prices!
@MoneySavingExp I’d be interested to know how many people have withdrawn from their workplace pension in order to get the additional cash in their monthly pay instead - I bet it’s a huge number of people because of the rising cost of living!
@OctopusEnergy I’ve emailed your CS team and still no reply. I’ve not had an updated bill now for 2 months after multiple attempts at chasing. Can you please update my account? The latest bill on the desktop and app is 17th Jan!
@DrLucyLu_ And then they wonder why there’s a serious decline in people applying to positions in medicine and healthcare. We have such a shortage so why are we not funding the training?!
