@mida_so I seem unable to get any kind of support. Such a shame... I had started recommending your software to LOADS of people, but am now having to do a quick U turn. Customer support is crucial to the success of any business, but especially a software business like yours
@DHLParcelUK Why does my tracking tell me i have signed for a parcel that I haven't? Instead it was showed by a fence post in full view of the road, os opposed to down the drive near our house where it woudl be out of sight. You need to give your drivers better training!
@LycamobileUK Wow, I now know why your sims are cheap. I just experienced your customer service on the phone for the first time (as you double charged me). So rude, condescending, talked over me, and very hard to understand. Lesson learnt.
@askesure I got through in the end. I am sure they are working quick as they can, but do you think you might need to hire more call handlers perhaps..??

@SportsDirect_CS I tried chasing up a late delivery via live chat. Was told noting you can do in terms of a refund of postage until its day 8 for standard postage. I said for the 2nd time its already on day 8 and tracking shows my orders not with the courier yet. Their response?
