@mountainwesttax Figure out your resting metabolic rate and get a food scale. Takes 3500 cal to lose or gain a lb.Hit your macros. Protein in grams should be your goal body weight, carbs around that number as well and fats 30-40 grams.Then be in a caloric deficit. Consistency is key. Eat real🐓
