@Travel_Up hi, myself and 2 friends had booked to fly to Vienna on Austrian Airlines through your travel agency, we were due to fly on 25th November and back on 28th. Obviously due to the lockdown tourist travel isn’t allowed, please could you assist with a refund or voucher?

@_Fairlie @Coach Nope! I emailed and they said they’re aware that there’s an issue with some of their items being released from the depot! They’ve passed my details to their transport office to ‘investigate’ with DPD. I’m guessing this could also be due to lack of delivery details then! Nightmare
