So I continue to try to get Poshmark's attention, tagging them on Instagram. Finally 15 hours later they finally respond to my DMs. Then several more hours later this is their email response to be serious concerns about this buyer. @Poshmarkapp

The other maddening thing with the case is that it was completely bogus, claiming the zipper was broken. You can see in my listing that the zipper is both completely zipped and unzipped in the photos, showing that the zipper is in working order. @poshmarkapp
