@stolinski not even in the planning phase? i try and do some side projects with 'no vibes' but will still use an LLM quite heavily in the brainstorming process to rubber-duck some ideas off it.
@karomancer the two-tone looks slick - greenish eye-shadow and hair combo is chefs kiss too!
p.s. im not a fashionista so take my compliments w/a grain of salt π
@wesbos true - peculiar indeed! im thinking this specific example has the JSX being transpiled to have the <button> onclick property call that POST/server-action and React/Waku's not throwing a fit cause `onclick` already exists as a standard
@wesbos I've seen Next.js docs cite that a server action/function does a POST 'behind the scenes', but haven't looked much deeper than that tbh https://t.co/y9lNGwQGLd.
@wesbos what first came to mind is that those are 'regular' DOM events, so u should be able to still put those properties on elements.
also, is that console.log() in your terminal simulating the server? id be shocked if it was in the browser console too...
@karomancer@allgarbled an aside to 'bad conversational skills' (speaking from exp lol):
- i learned a LOT by watching Sean Evans from "Hot Ones" talk to guests.
while it's obviously an interview and he does his homework, he asks good Q's in general IMO
@stolinski - 'clean' code will always help IMO: the LLM's will give better output, future you will be happy, and other maintainers will benefit too.
- yes to a full Sentry vid pls (ie how to get started, your tips/tricks, etc)
