@BillGreenwaldTX 3. I’ve flown 1.6M on American and it’s the only airline I will fly. Yes there are always delays, some unavoidable just deal with it and make the best out of the situation. You are on an island 3K miles from a major airport , what were you expecting??

@BillGreenwaldTX 1. Looks like your flight was the direct 777 to DFW on Wednesday 7hrs due to the inbound aircraft arriving late from DFW. There are limited AA flights out of Maui, and that is the only widebody. There are two A-321’s to LAX and one to PHX. It’s summer and flights are full.
