Chipman and Thompson are up-standing business owners and have a lot of interest in keeping the team. Many projects and investments in the core, and Hockey4All.

The +/- along with hockey sense, skating and grit are more important than points. Scouts know this. The odd goal, a nice pass that turns into an assist sure. However, recruiters who look at only points are usually disappointed. "Late-bloomers" have played the game right longer.
