1. Going through the motions with Scrum becomes more important than delivering.

1. Scrum is generally control-weaonized against a team.

1. You don't need it. Simple agility has four basic steps, not dizzying ceremony.

@allenholub Thought provoking. My 1st thoughts: to remove the backlogs would require not just infinite ability to parallelise work, but also infinite ability to predict the end product that your customers want. A world in which you can do the latter would be quite different indeed.

@jpbayley Yes, on the board you showed, @BertieHazell pointed out to me the QA step before a story goes into dev. I thought it was good for ensuring fully fleshed out stories and to familiarise the QA with the story. Is that the general intention?
