@British_Airways we were on BA262 this morning from Riyadh and what an amazing crew. We were eight hours late taking off, but the crew stuck in there with us and l provided a good service on the way back. Big shout out to captain Nigel and his regular updates at the gate

Very disappointed in @royalairmaroc and no respect for @traveloneworld partners. Wife and I both emerald, got seats together and then told we are 9D and 25B …… 8 hours before the flight. And to top it off, extremely rude agents in Madrid for AT971 this evening

Big shout out to Rosalind on the CK desk at @AmericanAir tonight. A canceled flight and rebooked my wife and I in different PNR’s. Ended up being a mammoth task with automation and people going into the reservation but we got there. Please thank her #AAngel

Each time I get on a @British_Airways A380 there is no WiFi and as a business traveler / Club World this is unacceptable. Need to transfer to other airlines to ensure coverage now.

@royalairmaroc what is going on with AT970? Your free WiFi has a couple watching YouTube without headphones, another couple watching TV without headphones and the guy next to me on FaceTime (speaker) , and the lady behind me is on a voice call. This is all in biz class #chaos
