@Allspring your new web needs some help. If people arent registered dont say "call us" point to New User. & if they have valid acct# but wrong fund, suggest similar names, you have a ton that sound the same. Will save $s in call center.

@skinnylatte (specific example, so of course complex but), I sent one and paypal kept it, because they 'expected' fraud claims against the recipient...so we were both out the $s, they never replied we how I'd know if claims didnt materialize...
