👋🏻 @DDOTDC @DCPoliceDept. Today around 9:20 at R and 13th NW, a woman on a bike was hit by a van turning right. She was in the (unprotected!) bike lane. She’s ok, but the seat of her bike flew off.
Driver was screaming at her.
