@Carl_Bearden @restore_GI_Bill MOWD’s decision didn’t do anything you claim. It’s clear that A5 contains language that says any other provision of the constitution notwithstanding. Which 100% means lawmakers can bypass ALL constitutional taxpayer protections. Why fabricate lies if A5 is so good?

@m9836785 @jmetr22b Process is important considering the process is how we try to impart fairness into our system. Also, I contend there is no such thing as “good evidence” or even strong evidence at a Grand Jury presentment. There is just evidence that is not subject to rebuttal or cross-exam.

I don’t think you’re arguing in good faith.
