How do people learn information about social networks, including which communities each person in a social net belongs to? In our new preprint, we find that learning community structure of social vs non-social nets was differentially associated with brain network architecture.
Just up on PsyArXiv: "Functional brain network architecture supporting the learning of social networks in humans" led by @stompson26 w/ @falklab, @ari_e_kahn, and Jean Vettel. https://t.co/xcCDC8GDQh
@NeilLewisJr Aren’t they basically saying “if solutions 1-10 don’t work, social distancing will be necessary for years to come”. Which is a big if. They’re assuming no changes to so many factors that would make social distancing unnecessary.
Happy to see @stompson26's paper "Functional brain network architecture supporting the learning of social networks in humans" just out in NeuroImage: https://t.co/enSVhp8EiX w/@falklab@ari_e_kahn & Jean Vettel
