@Z4BTC_ Body count obsession is way overblown. Men hyper fixate on it which then causes women to treat it like the keys to the kingdom.
IMO sex is an enjoyable physical act part of human nature. Personally I can’t buy into that it’s this magical bonding ritual.
@MurrayHillGuy1 Buddy of mine pulled a stripper at Spearmint Rhino in Vegas.
Only spent $ at the club. He hung out with her alone two nights while on a boys trip.
Elite game. Total W.
Returned a year later with another group of friends, saw her again, even played a round of golf with her.
@FidelCacheFlow Completely disagree. Major life decisions such as moving to a new state/city absolutely need to be handled jointly.
Good spouses will work out favorable compromises to meet most of their wants in a new location.
@itsCozyBella Compromise + extending grace and forgiveness to your SO.
People expect way too much perfection, both of you will inevitably fuck up, and that’s ok.
@Pat_Stedman Many don’t understand that life curveballs out of your control can lessen intimacy with your spouse for certain periods. This is quite normal, and as long as you have great communication, you’ll both navigate through it.
@vrexec In first year replaced the roof and my heating/cooling system. Doing those big prices first gives me plenty of rope to chip away at everything else.
Young people in tech jobs can’t get too comfortable.
Year 3: hit my ceiling, good times.
Year 7: company started cracking, and I did absolutely nothing.
Year 9: fired.
1.5 year job hunt, including a short stint in retail.
Stay 1-2 years ahead.
Lesson in that.
@financedystop Tech jobs are risky, can’t get too comfortable. I hit my ceiling early and laid back. Spent 9 years at my first real job out of grad school.
Year 7 was when the company started going south, and I sank. Huge mistake and should have been proactive in finding new work.
@zapatas_mom Men aren’t owed shit by society, women, or the world. We have to build our own path. Ruminating on what you “deserve” just funnels men into the incel pipeline.
