Time is the most important thing and by the time we get pur replacement visas, THREE YEARS of our lives would be completely wasted. 3 YEARS is a long long time.Put yourself in our shoes @AlexHawkeMP
@RizviAbul They have resources, they have introduced 408 covid concession visa within days, it was also a new visa. It seems like we are not priority of the government who are suffering mentally and financially from 22 months.
How can a major opposition party let this happen to people who have invested 10s of thousands of dollars in your country. It’s about Australia’s reputation. Why do we have to wait for another 7 months? @KKeneally @tanya_plibersek@Tony_Burke@AustralianLabor@AlboMP#auspol2021
"We will not be pursuing Omicron zero here. We don't think that makes any sense."
Premier Daniel Andrews has confirmed that Victoria will keep its borders open as Omicron case numbers continue to increase around Australia.

We invested and spent thousands of dollars in Aus @ScottMorrisonMP please we request you to get expired & will be expiring 485 visa holder back in Aus. We can’t wait another 7 months to apply for replacement visa. Please do not ruin our future. @AlexHawkeMP@ausgov
Do all the good you can in Australia. From paying fees, taxes, volunteer in community services, donate blood to save lives. End of the day you will be asked to wait till July next year to get a replacement 485 visa.this is Australia my friend.#extend485visa#auspol
I have written to Immigration Minister Alex Hawke asking him why 485 visa holders will have to wait until July next year before being issued replacement visas. People's lives have been on hold for too long and there is no need for such a lengthy delay.
Those whose 485 visas are expired they will be able to apply from July22. How on earth this makes any sense. The ones who can travel to Australia what will they do in btw once there visa expires. @AlexHawkeMP @AlanTudgeMP
@PhilHoneywood Students are not gonna wait forever to be selected for the pilot. The pilot programme is like a casino game. 250 students when 50,000 students are stuck overseas. When there is no quarantine, there should be unrestricted travel. Shame on Australia!
@PhilHoneywood Really there are more than 50k students stuck and just 5 flights thats ridiculous , it's been more than 20 months , kindly remove the caps as well , we are all vaccinated , When UK ,Canada ,Usa can bring students then why not @ausgov@SkyNewsAust#LetUsBackToAus@AusHCIndia
