@mieknathshinde @Dev_Fadnavis Pl make mandatory for builders to mention Possession Date in their Brochure itself. The date in agreement is ~2 yrs over & beyond the date informed verbally while flat booking. Agreement is made post down payment, thus, exploiting people’s emotions.
