@rishabhm They don’t have to live in metros - start labs in tier 3 cities. Now talent sitting in west is ready to return to India if they get comparable comp plus freedom to failure, R&D. This is mainly due to immigration policies adopted by west.
@siddarthpaim No - only those who can’t do anything other than coding keep coding after 8 years in IT. Once you have 8 years of experience, you are expected to add real value by solving complex business problems.
